Glow wire testing machine experimental test method

Glow-wire testing machine: Parts of insulating materials or other solid combustible materials that are prone to flame spread inside the equipment may ignite due to glowing wires or glowing components. It is suitable for fire hazard tests of electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials, simulating the thermal stress caused by heat sources or ignition sources such as hot components or overload resistors in a short time. 1. Purpose: To standardize the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the glow wire testing machine, so that the equipment can run normally. 2. Scope: It is suitable for flame retardant test of plastic parts of various products. 3. Know the interest and clamp the sample according to the standard requirements. f. Adjustment of the proximity switch 2. Loosen the nut fixing the proximity switch to move it left and right; 3. Press“left row button”The trolley moves forward automatically. When the sample touches the glow wire, move the proximity switch by hand to stop the trolley and fix the proximity switch. 4. Press“heating”button to adjust the current adjustment knob. According to the requirements of the sample, adjust the appropriate current value, and at the same time check whether the temperature reaches the temperature required by the test requirements. When the test sample touches the glow wire head, the limit electromagnet is released, and it can only move forward 7mm under the pulling force of 1N weight. When the experiment is finished, pop out the heating button, and then turn the current adjustment knob to the minimum.
