Basic features Based on the 220D electronic powerful machine, the 500D model is a high-precision, solid desktop installation machine. The load range is as high as 5,000 Newtons and 1,000 mm stroke. Increasing the width of the working section by 350 mm can install large clamps, fixtures and compressor frames, increasing the speed range of the beam from 0-600 mm/min, and the cyclic operation of the limit self-stop device is also its characteristic. The load measurement system has a four-digit 'peak picking' digital voltmeter, which displays the maximum load until zero reset, the use of four-digit digital display and a 10:1 range changeover switch. Only one force sensor is needed, and no more complex and expensive multi-sensor machines are needed. Avoid errors caused by inserting jaws, pointers and scales. Structural principles: (1) Load system: load measurement system is based on reliable, high-precision components with a 10:1 range conversion and a four-digit digital reading device to enable the operator to obtain the highest degree of accuracy. For example: a 1,000N machine load range of 0 to 999.9N in 0.1N conversion and 0 to 99.99N in 0.01N conversion. Sensor: The sensor uses an internal diaphragm force adder four-arm bridge strain gauge. This unit completely adopts the temperature compensation from -20℃ to 90℃ and the compensation is better than 0.005%/℃. The film with pores can eliminate the change due to the change of air pressure and altitude.
