Matters needing attention when installing and maintaining the thermal shock test chamber1

The thermal shock test chamber is a necessary test equipment for the metal, plastic, rubber, electronic and other material industries. It is used to test the material structure or composite material, and the degree of endurance under the continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant can be The chemical change or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample is detected in the shortest time. The test methods that the thermal shock test chamber meets: GB/T2423.1.2, GB/T10592-2008, GJB150.3 high and low temperature impact test. Principle and function High and low temperature impact box is a necessary testing equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other material industries. The degree of chemical change or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample can be detected in the shortest time. It is divided into two compartments and three compartments. The difference lies in the different test methods and internal structures. The products meet the standards: GB/T2423.1-2008 Test A, GB/T2423.2-2008 Test B, GB-T10592-2008, GJB150 .3-198, GJB360A-96 Method 107 Requirements for Temperature Shock Test. There are strict requirements for the installation and maintenance of the thermal shock test chamber. Improper operation will affect the performance and service life of the machine. A simple list of some standard operating methods about the thermal shock test chamber. 1. The temperature test box cannot be installed upside down, it must be installed horizontally on the floor, so that the operation door of the temperature test box can be opened easily and the noise during mechanical operation can be reduced; 2. There should be a good ventilation space behind the test box to make the condenser Can play the role of heat dissipation. And avoid direct sunlight, do not get close to heating bodies such as stoves, so as not to affect the freezing effect; 3. Although the inside and outside of the test box are made of high-grade stainless steel, the wet places with running water are easy to cause adverse effects on the parts and the electronic control center. Efficiency, it should be avoided as much as possible; 4. Please use a special switch for the power switch, and do not use the same SW plug with other electrical machinery. An autotransformer should be installed at the place to increase the voltage to the rated value, so as not to burn the compressor motor because the voltage is too low to start; 6. During the test, the operating door should not be opened for a long time to avoid water mist in the box; 7 .The inside of the warm test box should be kept clean at all times. When the outer box is clean, you can apply a little varnish and polish it with a soft dry cloth. If it is too dirty, use a neutral lotion and clean water. Never use a brush. Powder, acid, benzene oil or hot water, etc. wipe the inside and outside of the machine, the back or between the walls is most likely to be covered with dust, and the heat dissipation of the condenser should be prevented from time to time; 8. If this model is water-cooled (WATER COOLING) Special attention should be paid to the treatment of water quality, and the use of groundwater should be avoided as much as possible. Because groundwater contains many minerals, it is easy to produce scale, which affects the cooling effect and reduces the life of the machine.
