A few days ago, the NQI project undertaken by the Chemical Institute of Jiangsu Metrology Institute“Research on reference material and online measurement technology of heavy metal elements in aquatic products”make new progress. The subject takes the measurement technology of field instruments and methods as the research core.“Preparation - Substrate - Evaluation - Calibration”It focuses on solving a series of problems such as the development of crayfish matrix reference materials, the development and evaluation of rapid detection methods, and lays the foundation for the realization of food safety and environmental monitoring. As an aquatic product with Chinese characteristics, crayfish is delicious and loved by consumers. With the rapid development of social industrialization, the pollution of heavy metal elements in the water environment is becoming more and more serious. Due to the scavenging habits of crayfish, there is a risk of heavy metal pollution. Therefore, the detection of heavy metal elements in crayfish is an important part of ensuring food safety. At present, the rapid pretreatment technology and rapid sample detection technology of aquatic product samples including crayfish are still in the academic research stage. The conventional detection method is time-consuming and needs to be completed in a certain scale of chemical analysis laboratory, and the detection scheme cannot adapt to the environment and market. Requirements for on-site spot inspection of products, self-inspection of production enterprises and fast customs clearance for import and export of aquatic products. The scientific research group of the Institute of Chemistry of Jiangsu Metrology Institute overcomes the current situation of insufficient freeze-dried powder of heavy metal standard substances and related preparation methods without crayfish matrix in the prior art, and provides a preparation and evaluation technology for crayfish matrix standard substances, which overcomes the problem of Due to the shortcomings of the existing heavy metal detection schemes, a field detection method for cadmium in crayfish was developed. The instruments involved in this detection method are all portable and small equipment, which can be mounted on an on-site inspection vehicle for on-site inspection, and can quickly and accurately obtain the pollution data of cadmium in crayfish within 1 hour. This provides operability for future market supervision and has great practical significance. It is reported that the relevant research results have been accepted and will be published at the 23rd World Congress of the International Federation of Metrology and Testing (IMEKO).
