Three local standards for soil testing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were released and implemented

A few days ago, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued the 'DB15/T 2130—2021 Determination of Residues of Nitrofurans in Soil - High Performance Liquid Chromatography, 'DB15/T 2112'—2021 Determination of Oxytetracycline, Tetracycline and Chlortetracycline Residues in Soil High Performance Liquid Chromatography, DB15/T 2111—2021 Determination of alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor residues in soil - Gas Chromatography' three local standards for soil testing, and will be implemented on April 25. 'DB15/T 2130—2021 Determination of Nitrofuran Drug Residues in Soil - High Performance Liquid Chromatography' Nitrofuran antibiotics are drugs or feed additives used to treat gastrointestinal diseases of livestock and poultry. Nitrofurans and their metabolites have certain toxicity, carcinogenic and mutagenic effects. The United States and the European Union have banned the use of furazolidone antibacterial drugs since the 1990s; and my country's Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 193 has explicitly banned the use of furazolidone and other nitrofuran drugs on edible animals. However, such drugs are efficient and cheap, and some illegal traders are still using them in large quantities. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the most important animal husbandry production base in China, and its comprehensive production capacity of animal husbandry ranks first among all provinces in China. Therefore, a large amount of livestock and poultry manure pollutants are produced every year, and many antibiotics used in livestock and poultry production are difficult to be absorbed by the animal's stomach and intestines, and about 30% to 90% are excreted with the manure. About 80% of manure is directly applied to farmland without any treatment. In Inner Mongolia, the application amount of organic fertilizer for facility vegetables accounted for 61%-88% of the total fertilizer application. A large number of livestock and poultry manures containing antibiotic residues that have not been harmlessly treated are used as organic fertilizers for the production of food and vegetable farmland. Antibiotics are adsorbed and accumulated in the soil, causing pollution to the ecological environment and causing toxicity risks to animals and humans through the food chain. At present, the national standards are mainly aimed at the detection of nitrofurans in feed and food of animal origin. There are no national standards, industry standards and local standards related to the detection of nitrofurans in soil. Therefore, Inner Mongolia developed this standard. This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of nitrofuran residues in soil, nitrofuran, nitrofurantoin, furazolidone and furaltadone, and is applicable to the determination of nitrofuran residues in soil. 'DB15/T 2112—2021 Determination of Oxytetracycline, Tetracycline and Chlortetracycline Residues in Soil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in livestock manure. At present, the detection standards of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, and chlortetracycline are mainly for milk, honey, feed, etc. There are only Hebei landmarks for such pollutants in soil, so Inner Mongolia has formulated relevant standards. This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography detection method for oxytetracycline, tetracycline and chlortetracycline residues in soil. The sample was extracted with Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine-methanol solution to constant volume, purified by HLB solid phase extraction column, determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and quantified by external standard method. 'DB15/T 2111—2021 Determination of alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor residues in soil by gas chromatography' Alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor are amide herbicides, and amide herbicides are relatively effective on grass weeds. Good removal effect has been widely used this year, among which alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor have the largest sales in the international market. Residues of amide herbicides in soil have attracted people's attention, but there is no national or industry standard for amide herbicides in soil in my country. Most of the testing standards for amides are suitable for testing in food. There is no national standard for the detection of acetochlor, acetochlor and butachlor residues in soil. The relevant standard that can be retrieved is a Liaoning Province landmark DB21/T 1446-2007 'Acetochlor and Butachlor Residues in Soil' However, this standard does not specify the detection of alachlor residues in soil. Therefore, Inner Mongolia has formulated relevant standards. This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for determination of alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor residues in soil. Soil samples were extracted by acetone-petroleum ether mixed solvent, and the extract was purified by Florisil silica solid-phase extraction column.
