VeriVide light box application field: VeriVide CAC60 color evaluation box/standard light source color matching light box is widely used in color evaluation, color quality control and color comparison. The stable light source of the light box can provide a good observation environment for color evaluation and help to improve product quality. VeriVide light box conforms to the standard: ASTM D1729 SAE J361 Tappi 7515 BS 950 Part A AS 1580.6001.1 VeriVide light box usage and precautions: 1. Make sure that all lamps are installed correctly, and select the appropriate power supply. If the voltage is not suitable, replace the appropriate fuse and turn on the power. (Note: Please ensure that the power is turned off before checking or replacing the fuse) 2. Select the appropriate light source, and select the appropriate light source according to the required test standards. (See the table below for specific light source types and application areas) 3. Place the sample and the standard color card in the light box at the same time for comparison and rating. 4. Note: The use environment of the light box should avoid strong light, external light sources and other situations that will cause visual discomfort. If there are windows near the light box, please arrange curtains or cover them properly. The wall behind the light box is best painted a light gray with latex paint. The ideal ambient temperature for the light box is 16-22°C. The light source D65 artificial daylight light source has a color temperature of 6500K, which conforms to the BS950-1 standard. It is suitable for occasions requiring color consistency and color quality, and meets the CIE accurate color evaluation requirements. Power 600mm-18w. VeriVide light box common problems and solutionsCommon problems and solutions When the power is turned on, the light box has no response, and the display light does not light up. Check the fuse or transformer of the light box. One of the light sources in the light box does not light up, and the rest of the button lights are on. If the relay is normal, check the ballast. If the button light does not light up and the relay has no response, check the button or relay circuit board and one of the lamps in the same group does not light up, and replace the rest with new lamps. If it still does not light up, check the ballast and turn on the power. It is too small, other operations fail, the relay is damaged, and the numbers on the display are messed up. Other operations are normal. Check the relay circuit board. Check whether the adjustable resistance (potentiometer) or the ballast is normal Check whether the adjustable resistance (potentiometer) or the ballast is normal in the same position The lamp is often burned out Check the output current of the ballast After-sales service and maintenance 1. The lamp tube should be replaced regularly (at least one year or less) 2. The inner wall of the light box should be repainted regularly. 3. Use a soft, clean, slightly moist fabric when wiping the light box panel.
