Experimental study on dynamic waterproof performance of sports shoes

1. Principle Due to the wearing place and other reasons, the sneakers are required to have good dynamic and static waterproof performance, but they cannot be obtained by losing their hygienic performance such as breathability. Therefore, the waterproofness here refers to water penetration resistance, not water repellency. or drainage. Waterproof shoes require that the main components of the shoes, such as the upper and the sole, are made of waterproof materials. At present, the 2-hour and 24-hour static water absorption method and the finished shoe dynamic waterproof testing machine method are mainly used for the waterproof test of upper materials. If the sole material is natural leather or other non-waterproof substrates, similar tests should be carried out. According to information, materials with a 24-hour static water absorption rate of less than 25% can be used to make shoes with waterproof properties. The principle of the waterproof test of sneakers is that the test machine or the tester simulates the walking state in a water tank with a certain depth of water to test the range and degree of water infiltration into the shoes in a specified number of times or time, so as to determine the waterproof performance of the whole shoe. For shoes that can be subjected to tortuous testing, the waterproof performance can be tested with reference to GB/T16641-1996 'Dynamic Waterproof Twisting Testing Machine Method for Finished Shoes'; However, this method is time-consuming. If you can change to a smaller angle for tortuousness, you can also refer to the GB/T16641-1996 standard. 2. Dynamic waterproof performance tester: Scope of application: It is used to test the water penetration resistance of leather, artificial leather and cloth, and to test the penetration index of materials by bending and bending. Comply with standards: DIN53338 and other standards. Features: The test method uses clean steel balls wrapped in the material. The impedance and total weight of the steel balls must meet the regulations. Under this condition, the tortuous waterproof penetration index of the material is measured. The latest induction elements and special designs are used. When the material is penetrated by water, it will automatically stop counting immediately or when the set time (test times) arrives, it will automatically stop and display the time or times. With power-off memory function. Technical parameters: Number of test pieces: 4sets Counter: LCD 0~999, 999 Test speed: 90±5cpm Swing angle: 30?±1? Distance between two V-shaped clamps: 60±1mm Controller: PLC system touch screen control Weight: 55kg Power supply: AC220V 50HZ Volume: 71*60*55cm The heel part of the shoe is bent, and its front clamp set is used to fix the forefoot part of the shoe, and the forefoot part of the shoe is in the water in the test. The water storage depth of the water tank of the testing machine is greater than 60 mm. Counting device is used to display the number of twists and turns. The permeable signal device is used to measure whether the shoe is permeable. It can send a permeable signal (when one of them is permeable) and automatically stop. The contact length between the probe and the sample is greater than 3 cm. 4. Sample (1) The sample should be finished shoes after 48 hours of processing, and the shoe size is greater than 23. (2) The sample should be in (23)±2) The test was carried out after conditioning for 4 hours at ℃. 5. Test conditions (1) The test ambient temperature is (23±2) ℃ (2) The preset number of twists and turns is 40,000 times. (Refer to the general times of the footwear folding endurance test) (3) The test bending frequency is set to 60 RpM. 6. Test steps (1) Adjust the bending angle of the movable rod: the general golf shoes are 45±1 degree, the shoe with a harder bottom adjusts the zigzag angle to 10±1 degree. (2) Put the sample shoe into the fixture, adjust the position of the fixed front fixture group on the first and fifth toe joints of the forefoot of the shoe, and make the shoe bend along this line. (3) Put the temperature in the water tank (23±2) For water at ℃, the water level should reach half the distance between the junction of the sole and the upper and the junction of the upper and the tongue. (4) The test is carried out to the specified number of times, the machine is stopped, the water permeability of each shoe is tested visually or with water permeable grid paper and recorded. If any of the shoes has penetrated the water before the specified number of times, the counter to which it belongs will stop counting. 7.
