How to maintain the single yarn strength machine?
Nowadays, the fabric strength machine is more and more widely used by people. The reason for this is that the equipment has a good use effect and meets people's demand for high-quality products. However, no matter what equipment is used for a long time, if it is not handled in time, or the maintenance work is not done well, problems of this kind will occur, which will cause great economic losses for people. Therefore, the fabric strength machine is no exception. Even if it has many advantages, no matter how good its performance is, it cannot be used for a longer time if maintenance is neglected. Although it is said that the fabric strength machine has many advantages such as wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high work efficiency, etc., in order to extend the service life of the fabric strength machine, I will briefly introduce it. If the fabric strength machine encounters some abnormal conditions during use, such as noise and cannot operate normally, turn off the control power supply in time for this situation and have a professional inspect it. After checking the cause, it should be repaired immediately to ensure the strength of the fabric. The machine can be put into use again. Appropriately apply anti-rust oil to the fabric strength machine, or add corresponding lubricating oil to each part, to ensure the lubrication of the equipment to a large extent, so as to improve work efficiency and quality. In addition, the fabric strength machine should be checked frequently, especially the screw parts, which are prone to looseness, and should be handled in time to prevent problems in the work.
