Standard light source color light box application: Judge II standard light source color light box has patented color improvement technology, which can provide the most realistic simulated sunlight light source, equipped with a variety of light sources, in line with most domestic and foreign standards, mainly used in textiles, paints, Rating and comparison of color and other apparent properties in the ink, printing, plastics and other industries. Comply with the standard: ASTM D1729 ISO 3664 DIN6173 ANSI& BSI JIS Z8723 AS 4004 GM9220 SAE J361 Usage and precautions: 1. Make sure that all lamps are installed correctly, and select a suitable power supply. If the voltage is not suitable, replace the appropriate fuse and turn on the power. (Note: Please ensure that the power is turned off before checking or replacing the fuse) 2. Select the appropriate light source, and select the appropriate light source according to the required test standards. (See the table below for specific light source types and application areas) 3. Place the sample and the standard color card in the light box at the same time for comparison and rating. 4. Note: The use environment of the light box should avoid strong light, external light sources and other situations that will cause visual discomfort. The ideal ambient temperature for the light box is 16-22°C. Common problems and solutions: Light source D65/D75 artificial daylight light source, suitable for occasions requiring color consistency and color quality, in line with CIE's accurate color evaluation requirements. Color temperature 7500K, CIE D75 northern sky daylight color temperature 6500K, CIE D65 average northern sky daylight color temperature 5000K, CIE D50 noon sky daylight TL84/U30 European Marks&Spencer special store light source, narrow-band fluorescent lamp TL84: color temperature 4000K, power 18wU30: color temperature 3000K, office window lighting INCA tungsten lamp, window spotlight, often required to use this light source for metamerism test. The color temperature is 2856K, and the power is 75w. CWF cool white fluorescent, general shop/office lighting broadband fluorescent. Color temperature 4150K, power 20w. UV light source, used to detect optical brighteners and fluorescent dyes, especially suitable for detecting the proportion of white or fluorescent color and the uniformity in the material. Wavelength 365nm, power 20w. Common Problems and Solutions: Common Problems Causes and Solutions When the power is turned on, the light box has no response, and the display light does not light up. Check the fuse of the light box or the transformer light box. One of the light sources is not lighted, and the rest of the button lights are on. If the relay is normal, check the ballast button. If the light does not light up and the relay has no response, check the button or the relay circuit board and a single light tube in the same group of lamps is not lighted, and the rest are normally replaced with new light tubes. Small, the rest of the operation fails, the relay is damaged, the display number is messed up, and other operations are normal. Check the relay circuit board key failure, can not be turned off, check whether the key board is short-circuited, whether the relay switch board wire is short-circuited, and the lamp tube is often blown at the same position. Stability and connection of circuit boards After-sales service and maintenance 1. The lamp tube should be replaced regularly (at least one year or less) 2. The inner wall of the light box should be repainted regularly. 3. Use a soft, clean, slightly moist fabric when wiping the light box panel. Article source: (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
