Main parameters of surgical gown burst strength tester

The burst strength tester of surgical gowns is tested by the air pressure method, and the sample is supported with a pneumatic clamping system, which saves effort and the sample does not slip. The expansion force and degree of expansion when the directions are simultaneously stressed. Test principle: The sample is clamped on the extensible diaphragm by a circular gripper, and gas pressure is applied under the diaphragm to expand the diaphragm and the sample, and the pressure is increased at a constant speed until the sample ruptures. The bursting strength and bursting expansion are obtained. Applicable standard: GB/T 7742.2-2015 Main parameters: 1. Measuring range: 1%~100%; 2. Thickness of elastic diaphragm:≤2mm; 3. Test area: 7.3cm2, 7.8cm2, 10cm2, 50cm2, 100cm2; 4. Expansion range: 75±0.02mm; 5. Pressure rate: non-linear segmented pressure 0.1-0.5L/min; 6. Test method: burst at constant speed, constant pressure, and constant expansion; 7. Test unit: kpa, Free conversion of kgf/cm, atm, mmHg, lb/in.
