Oxygen index tester debugging installation and testing matters

The oxygen index tester is an instrument that can be used to identify the flammability data of some polymers. It is mainly researched, developed and produced according to GB/T2406-2009 and GB/T5454-1997. The oxygen index tester will inevitably appear in the work process. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand the oxygen index meter in daily use, as well as its maintenance and installation and inspection before and after operation. Main parameters: 01. Digital resolution:±0.1%; 02. Measurement accuracy: 0.2 grade; 03. Flow adjustment range: 0-10L/min (60-600L/h); 04. Response time: <5S; 05. Combustion cylinder: inner diameter≥75mm, height 400mm; 06. Gas flow rate in the combustion cylinder: 40mm±2mm/s; 07. Pressure gauge accuracy: 2.5, resolution: 0.01MPa; 08. Flow meter: 1-15L/min (60-900L/H) adjustable; 09. Propane (butane) ignition system, flame Length 5mm-60mm can be adjusted freely; 10. Gas: industrial nitrogen, oxygen, purity > 99% (user-supplied); 11. Flame length: 16±4mm, size adjustable. (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of textile testing instruments. It can provide various testing instruments with high cost performance and guaranteed quality. Customers in need are welcome to inquire. In addition, the R&D technical engineer makes the following brief explanation on the debugging, installation and testing matters, hoping to help each customer. First of all, in the process of using the oxygen index meter, the experimental device should be checked. After opening the gas supply valve of the oxygen index meter, we can adjust the mixed gas arbitrarily. In most cases, the flow rate is about 10L/min. Left and right, when closing the inlet and outlet valves, it is necessary to record the pressure and flow of nitrogen, mixed gas, oxygen and other gases, and place them for 30 minutes during the debugging and installation process. Then observe the values of each pressure gauge and flowmeter. , and compare it with the previous recorded value. If there is no change, it means that there is no air leakage. If there is, it needs to be checked and maintained quickly. Usually, the temperature of the test environment needs to be controlled at 10-30 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 30%~ Experiments were carried out in 80% of the atmosphere. Secondly, for the installation of the oxygen index meter, the oxygen index meter can be installed flat on the working platform and fixed, and then the O2 and N2 interfaces behind the instrument are connected with random connecting pipes and air source structures. The end of the randomly configured nylon tube is connected to the base of the combustion cylinder, and the other end is connected to the N2+O2 interface on the back of the instrument. During the process, pay attention to the air-tightness of the interface; then screw the support rod of the sample holder of the oxygen index meter into the combustion base, and place it in Insert the glass beads that come with it, and then put a metal piece to clamp it and install it on the test stand. After we insert the glass tube into the combustion cylinder, the debugging and installation of the oxygen index meter is completed.
