Protective clothing hydrostatic pressure tester test principle and test steps

The protective clothing hydrostatic pressure testing-equipment' target='_blank'>tester is used to measure the liquid permeability and blood permeability of medical protective clothing, outdoor sports clothing, umbrellas, waterproof fabrics, jackets and other protective materials. Applicable standards: GB/T 4744, AATCC 127, ERT 120-1 160-0, BS EN20811/3321/3424, AFNOR G07-057, ISO 811, JIS L1092A, JIS L1092.B-a, JIS L1092 B-b, ASTM F903C, ASTM F1670, ASTM F1671, EN 1734, ISO 1420, FZ/T 01004. Main parameters: 1. Test pressure: 0-5000mbar (5000cmW.G); 2. Pressure accuracy: resolution 0.1mbar; 3. Test area: 100cm2 (optional 10cm2, 19.63cm2, 26cm2, 28cm2); 4. Sample thickness : no more than 40mm; 5. Compressed air: 6-8bar (clean and dry air); 6. Alarm time: 0-9,999min (can be set according to pressure or time). Test principle: The sample is fixed on the test area of the standard area, and the air compressor adds 0-5bar air into a water tank filled with distilled water, and applies a certain pressure of water to the sample. Testing can be done either dynamically or statically. (1) Dynamic method: The hydrostatic pressure resistance performance of the sample is determined by testing the pressure when a fixed number of water droplets seep out from the side of the sample that is not in contact with water at a certain pressure increase rate. (2) Static method: The hydrostatic pressure resistance performance of the material is determined by testing the water seepage of the sample after maintaining the pressure for a certain period of time under a certain hydrostatic pressure. Test steps: 1. Cut the test fabric into 100mm×100mm size sample; 2. Put the sample into the fixture, tighten the fixture to fix it well; 3. Press the up button, the metal container containing 700ml of water starts to rise at a constant speed under the drive of the motor, and the sample in the fixture starts to rise at a constant speed. Increase the water pressure; 4. Measure the water penetration by observing the color change of the indicator paper covering the filter paper sample through the plastic window of the clamp; 5. When the initial signal of the indicator paper color change (from blue to pink) appears, Immediately read the water level height of the ruler, expressed in Pa (mmH20); 6. Press the up button again to stop the metal container from rising, and record the reading as the test data of the impermeability of the filter paper; 7. Open the fixture, take out the sample and the indicator paper, Dry the load window of the fixture with a soft cloth, and check the water level in the fixture; 8. If necessary, refill the water, place another sample and indicator paper on the fixture, and repeat the above test steps to test.
