In the drop test, the controller is placed in a height of 1m (the lowest point of the electric control unit) according to the six directions of up, down, left, right, front and back, and falls freely (the ground is cement ground), twice in each direction. Reliability test method: compulsory steering test and temperature alternating sealing test shall be implemented in accordance with relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX. Overpressure test and reverse fatigue test. Under the condition that the controller receives the 0km/h vehicle speed signal, the assembly shall be tested in accordance with the methods described in the relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX. In the reverse overload test, under the condition that the controller receives the Vmax vehicle speed signal, the assembly shall be tested in accordance with the method described in the relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX. The wear test is to input the vehicle speed signal to the controller at a frequency of 0.05 Hz according to the speed change mode of 0km/h~Vmax~0km/h. Under the condition of normal operation of the electronic control valve, the assembly shall be carried out according to the method described in the relevant clauses of QC/T XXXX test. After the test, continue to test according to the free clearance of 6.1.1, the internal leakage of 6.1.2, the function test of 6.1.3 and the steering force characteristic of 6.1.5 to check whether the assembly is working properly. In the forward muddy water durability test, the speed signal is input to the controller at the speed of 0km/h~Vmax~0km/h at a frequency of 0.05Hz. Under the condition of normal operation of the electronic control valve, the assembly is in accordance with the relevant provisions of QC/T XXXX. The method is tested. After the test, continue to test according to: 1 free clearance, no-load rotating torque and external leakage, 2 internal leakage, 3 functional test, 4 steering gear stiffness and steering force characteristics to check whether the assembly is working properly.

textile testing equipment has become a crucial product for marketers, especially when it comes to brand building and engaging potential customers.

Excellent quality yet affordable best at GESTER Instruments. Don't miss out!

GESTER focuses on three key elements—process, people, and technology—the authors found that people of two seemingly opposite cultures are able to work together in a project-based environment to complement each other and reap mutual benefits for a win-win result.

Obviously, financial return is important in manufacturing textile testing equipment, but I think that's not enough. I think many customers want to support something they really believe in.
