2016 my country Textile Testing Technology Industry Forecast Report

With the development of science and technology, various high and new technologies are continuously injected into the textile industry, bringing new vitality to the textile industry. Throughout the development of the international textile industry, new textile technology, textile machinery and equipment are constantly emerging, the textile industry is showing rapid changes, and the textile testing technology and testing instruments have also developed rapidly. 1. The application of new technology in textile testing 1. The application of infrared spectroscopy in textile fiber identification The infrared spectrometer used in textile fiber identification-Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is made of the principle of dispersion of light, and its identification principle is : When the human light after passing through the object is dispersed by monochromators such as prisms and gratings, the composite light is divided into monochromatic light, which is arranged on the slit plane in the order of wavelengths and the detector receives its signals. The intensity of the color light is measured, that is, the absorption spectrum of the sample is obtained. The previously used infrared spectrometer has limited sensitivity and detection speed because only a very narrow section of light waves falls on the detector at each moment of scanning, while the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer uses a Michelson interferometer to make the spectral signal“multiplexing”, and convert the interference signal into ordinary spectral signal through Fourier mathematical transformation. Therefore, the information of all frequencies in the spectrum can be collected at the same time, and the entire spectrum can be scanned nearly a thousand times in one minute, thus greatly improving the sensitivity and work efficiency. . Through the analysis of the infrared spectrum of a large number of textile fibers, their infrared spectrum characteristics can be mastered to realize the quantitative analysis of the proportion of blended fabrics. 2. The application of laser detection in textiles Among the radiation sources used by photoelectric detection devices, lasers play a particularly important role. The light-emitting principle of laser is completely different from ordinary light sources, fundamentally breaking through the limitations of ordinary light sources, and has excellent characteristics that are different from ordinary light sources. Laser detection is an important aspect of laser use in the textile industry. It can be used for fabric inspection, detection of fabric pilling, hairiness and roughness, fabric weft skew; determination of yarn diameter, evenness, yarn shelter and fiber properties ; Control printing and dyeing and inspection of clothing and other aspects. 2.1. Laser cloth inspection uses optoelectronic methods to find defects on the surface of the fabric, mainly based on the difference between the reflection coefficient of the fabric surface at the defect and the surface reflection coefficient of the fabric without defects. When the laser radiation is transferred from the non-defect part of the fabric surface to the defective part, the reflected light from the fabric surface will change. Therefore, when there is a relatively obvious defect B in the field of view of the photoelectric receiver, It will cause irregular changes in the illuminance of the photoelectric receiver. At this time, the image analyzer is used for analysis, and then the computer can display the results. Laser cloth inspection not only improves labor efficiency, but also improves the accuracy of detection. 2.2. Laser detection of fabrics The objective evaluation of pilling fabrics by laser detection method is to establish a pellet classification standard according to the number of fabric pills, pellet height and total projected area of pellets per unit area, and then compare the samples with them. The pilling level of the fabric is evaluated; for the fabric roughness, the laser sensor measures the fabric height at different positions through the triangulation technique. In the past, the testing of fabric pilling and roughness was performed subjectively by experts or by contact measuring instruments, and the results of the supervisor's evaluation lacked reliability and consistency. The use of laser detection overcomes the above drawbacks and achieves fast and accurate detection. 2.3. Laser detection yarn The beam reflected by the laser is expanded and projected onto the yarn under test. The yarn under test blocks a part of the luminous flux, and the rest is received by the photovoltaic cell arranged at the back and converted into photocurrent and photovoltage. The thickness of the yarn evenness is different, the luminous flux is also different, and the photovoltage and photocurrent are different. In this way, the change of the yarn evenness is converted into the change of the photocurrent and the photovoltage. This photoelectric signal is A weak signal that needs to be amplified and filtered to become an analog voltage signal corresponding to unevenness, and then the computer outputs the result in digital or graphic form. 3. Application of image processing technology in textile At present, computer image information processing technology is applied to many aspects of the textile industry: on the one hand, it is used in the development of textile testing technology and textile instruments, such as: determination of fiber fineness, yarn evenness Therefore, in-depth and systematic research on the application of image information processing technology in textile technology testing will promote the upgrading of a considerable number of textile instruments;
