Test unit There are MN, CN, N, G, KG, OZ, LB optional. Operation and installation: 1. Open the upper cover of the box and take out the random technical documents. 2. Remove the surrounding side panels, remove the fixing bolts, and remove the instrument and the pendulum packing box. 3. Place the instrument on a stable and flat workbench, take out the pendulum shaft assembly, clean all parts, install the pendulum shaft assembly on the body as shown in the figure, and tighten the knurled nut. Test machine verification: To adjust the level of the instrument, the steps are as follows: 1. Check the clamp spacing; 2. Check the friction resistance of the pendulum shaft; 3. The pointer points to zero; 4. Check the pointer friction. Test preparation: 1. According to GB450 'Sampling of Paper and Cardboard' and GB455·1 Specimen are required to be taken and processed, and the sample size is 63mm×50mm. 2. Calibrate the instrument as described in 5.2.25.2.4. Test operation: 1. The pendulum body 12 is placed in the position to be torn, and the pointer 10 is against the pointer adjusting plate 9; 2. The long side of the sample is placed flat, and the sample is clamped in the jaws of the two sets of paper clips; 3. Press to cut 4. Cut the sample, the length of the cut is 20mm; 5. Read the pointer indication.
