Common faults and solutions of tensile testing machine1

The tensile testing-equipment' target='_blank'>testing machine has many functions and can detect the strength of various materials. When the instrument encounters problems and failures, the following methods can help you. 1. When the tensile testing machine is loaded, the pointer vibrates or stops from time to time 1. The clutch gear is worn: it needs to be repaired or replaced. 2. The leather washer or spring of the friction disc is worn: the leather washer or spring needs to be replaced. 3. Shift of the joystick: Adjust the joystick to make it fit well with the tooth socket. 2. The pointer does not return to zero when the pendulum is replaced 1. The installation of the tensile testing machine is not level: adjust the level of the testing machine with a spirit level. 2. The pendulum is not vertical: only hang the A-weight. Adjust the balance weight so that it is vertical. 3. The pendulum of the tensile testing machine returns too fast or too slow 1. Improper placement of the buffer valve gear position: adjust the buffer valve to an appropriate position. 2. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low or too high: when the viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low, the pendulum falls back quickly, and when the viscosity is high, it falls back slowly. Hydraulic oil of appropriate viscosity should be replaced. 3. Dirt in the buffer valve, oil pipe or hydraulic oil: clean the buffer valve and oil pipe. Change hydraulic oil. 4. The pointer of the tensile testing machine returns to zero, sluggish or unstable 1. The pointer bearing and the spindle bearing are rusted or oily: clean or replace the bearing. 2. The gear rod is deformed or the gear rod does not mesh with the gear: straighten the gear rod or clean and trim the transmission parts such as gears and sheaves. 3. Dirt in the buffer valve: Clean the buffer valve. 5. Positive deviation of the indicated value of the tensile testing machine 1. The blade of the short arm is loose: tighten the blade tightly. 2. The pendulum weight is light: give weight to the weight (to take into account the weight of A, B and C weights). 6. The main reason for the negative deviation of the indication value is that the frictional resistance between the components is too large 1. The frictional resistance of the pointer bearing, the pendulum shaft bearing and the force-measuring transmission components is too large: mainly adjust and clean the bearings and the force-measuring transmission components. Eliminate abnormal frictional resistance. 2. The tightness of the upper collet and the driven needle spring piece and the frictional resistance of the drawing device are large: adjust the tightness of the upper collet, the driven needle spring piece and the drawing device components. Eliminate abnormal frictional resistance. 3. The connecting part of the piston rod and the pendulum rod is not flexible: adjust the connecting part of the two. Make it flexible. 7. Blockage or displacement of the driven needle 1. The influence of the elastic force of the driven needle spring piece or the frictional resistance between the driven needle and the indicator plate: adjust the elastic force of the driven needle spring piece or the question between the driven needle and the indicator plate gap. 2. There is a deviation in the weights at both ends of the driven needle: adjust the weights at both ends to balance them. 8. Irregular deviation of the indicated value 1. The gear rod and gear are oily, worn or have burrs: eliminate the oil pollution and burr of the gear rod and gear, find the contact point of the gear rod when it is out of tolerance, and then correct the gear rod and gear; If the error cannot be eliminated. Replace the rack and gear. 2. The installation of the tensile testing machine is not level: adjust the level. 3. Bending of the gear rod: straighten or replace the gear rod, and adjust the gap of the rolling sheave. 9. After the computer software is online, a prompt box message appears indicating overload. The solution is to check whether the communication line between the computer and the testing machine is disconnected; check whether the online selection sensor is selected correctly; check whether the sensor has been bumped during the recent test or operating the keyboard; check whether the calibration or calibration function of the software is used before the problem occurs; Check if you have manually changed calibration values, scaling values, or other information in the hardware parameters. 10. The power supply of the main engine of the testing machine is not bright and cannot be moved up and down. The solution is to check whether the power line connected to the testing machine is connected normally; check whether the emergency stop switch is in a twisted state; check whether the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown, please take out the spare fuse Just install it. 11. The main body of the testing machine is powered but the equipment cannot be moved up and down. The solution is to check whether the device cannot move after 15S (time), because the host needs to self-check when it is turned on, and it takes about 15S; check whether the upper and lower limit positions are in the proper position, and there is a certain running space; check the access to the testing machine. Whether the power supply voltage is normal.
