How should the bag filter in the foundry workshop be maintained?

The air inlet of the bag filter in the foundry is set on the ash hopper. When the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, it first hits the baffle at the end of the air inlet pipe. Due to inertia, the coarse particles in the gas directly enter the ash hopper. , Play a role in pre-collecting dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded and passed upward through the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber and is collected in the air outlet pipe for discharge. The indoor dust collection bags are divided into several rows, and each row of dust collection bags is cleaned according to a given time interval. When the pulse valve is opened, high-pressure air is sprayed into the filter bag to remove dust on the surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and ash cleaning cycle of each row of filter bags are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated ash cleaning program controller. Dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash silo. Characteristics of bag filter in foundry: 1. High dust removal efficiency, which can reach more than 90%. 2. The structure is relatively simple, the operation is relatively stable, the initial investment is small, and the maintenance is convenient. At present, most domestic foundries use bag filters in their workshops to control dust problems. However, if there are some obvious improper operations in the maintenance of the dust removal equipment in the foundry workshop, it will have an adverse effect on the bag filter, so we need to maintain the bag filter correctly. How to maintain and repair the dust removal equipment and bag filter in the foundry workshop: 1. When maintaining and repairing the dust removal equipment and bag filter in the foundry workshop, the staff should first cut off the power and air source, and keep the air bag under normal pressure. . 2. When performing internal maintenance and repair of the bag filter, the dust inside should be cleaned up, and cleaned repeatedly after standing to ensure that there is no dust inside. 3. Open flames are forbidden for lighting facilities, and fire extinguishers must be installed at the site of dust removal equipment in the workshop to prevent dust explosion accidents. In addition, the maintenance of dust removal equipment in the foundry workshop also has some daily codes of conduct that need to be strictly followed: 1. Establish a regular maintenance system to detect problems in time and avoid major accidents. 2. It is forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials around the bag filter, and good ventilation is required. 3. The staff should regularly check the sealing condition of the bag filter and the running condition of the air network (including the fan). 4. Regularly check the dust bag. If it is damaged, replace it in time. The spare dust bag should be kept dry, ventilated and dustproof, and checked regularly. 5. Clean the impurities and stagnant water in the air source processor regularly. 6. Regularly refuel the transmission. After refueling, be sure to pay attention to dust prevention, and be sure to install the gasket when closing the inspection port. 7. Keep the pulse controller and solenoid valve clean, free of dust and oil, and check the control coil on the solenoid valve regularly. 8. The dust layer on the surface of equipment and air ducts should be cleaned up immediately. Standard Group produces the dust collection bag in the bag filter, and provides customers with exclusive customized service of the dust collector bag to meet the needs of customers for different working conditions, which has been fully recognized by the majority of users.
