Standard light source to color light box application: Judge II standard light source to color light box has a patented color improvement technology, which can provide the most realistic simulated daylight light source. It is equipped with a variety of light sources and meets most domestic and foreign standards. It is mainly used in textiles, paints, Color and other apparent performance ratings and comparisons in ink, printing, plastics and other industries.  Conform to the standard: ASTM D1729 ISO 3664 DIN6173 ANSI u0026 BSI JIS Z8723 AS 4004 GM9220 SAE J361  Using methods and precautions:    1. Make sure that all the lamps are installed correctly and choose a suitable power supply. If the voltage is not suitable, replace with a suitable fuse and turn on the power supply. (Note: Please ensure that the power is turned off before checking or replacing the fuse)    2. Choose a suitable light source, and choose a suitable light source according to the required test standards. (See the table below for specific light source types and application areas)    3. Place the sample and the standard color card in the light box for comparison and rating.  4. Note: The use environment of the light box should avoid strong light, external light sources and other conditions that may cause visual discomfort. The ideal use environment temperature of the light box is 16-22℃. The wavelength is 365nm and the power is 20w. Common problems and solutions: When the power is turned on, the light box does not respond, and the display light does not turn on. Check the fuse of the light box or the transformer light box. One of the light sources does not light up, and the other normal buttons are on. If the relay is normal, check the ballast buttons. If the light is off and the relay has no response, check that the button or relay circuit board of the same group of lamps does not light up, and the rest are normally replaced with new lamps. If it still does not light up, check the ballast and turn on the power, the lamp is always on, and the relay sounds partial If the other operation fails, the relay damages the display and the numbers are out of order. Other operations are normal. Check the relay circuit board button failure and cannot be shut down. Check whether the button board is short-circuited. The relay switch board wire is short-circuited. The lamp in the same position often burns out. Check the output current of the ballast. Stability and circuit board connection After-sales service and maintenance 1. Lamps should be replaced regularly (at least one year or less)    2. The inner wall of the light box should be repainted regularly.  3.
