As the Cu content increases, the strength of the aluminum alloy increases, but the elongation decreases. If the Cu addition amount exceeds 4.5%, not only will the elongation of the aluminum alloy be reduced, the fluidity will be deteriorated, but also the cost will increase. Therefore, in order to ensure that the mounting plate aluminum alloy has good processing and mechanical properties, the Cu content is controlled within the scope of the present invention. The Mg in the aluminum alloy is precipitated in the state of the strengthening phase Mg2Si after heat treatment, which can improve the mechanical properties such as the tensile strength and hardness of the aluminum alloy. However, if the Mg content is too high, exceeding 0.6%, its elongation will decrease. However, because the addition of Mn has the effect of supplementary strengthening, the addition of Mn can reduce the Mg content and reduce the tendency of hot cracking at the same time. In addition, Mn can also uniformly precipitate the Mg5Al8K compound and improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Adding Zn, Zn and Mg to the aluminum alloy used in the mounting plate has a joint effect, which can significantly improve the fluidity of the alloy, increase the hot brittleness, tensile strength and yield strength, and reduce the corrosion resistance. However, the improvement of the strength of aluminum alloy by Zn is very limited, and there is a tendency of stress corrosion cracking, so it is enough to add an appropriate amount of 0.1-0.3% Zn. Ti can also form TiAl2 phase with Al element, which becomes the non-spontaneous core during crystallization and plays a role in refining the structure. If the titanium content is too high, coarse compounds will be formed and the elongation of the aluminum alloy material will decrease. In order to control the harmful effects of Ti, take advantage of its beneficial effects, try to control the amount of Ti added in the aluminum alloy of the present invention, and strictly control it at 0.05-0.1%.
