As an important equipment for adjusting the temperature and humidity of the workshop and improving the production environment, the air conditioner in textile mills is one of the most energy-consuming equipment in textile mills. Take our company's 150,000-spin spinning production line as an example. There are two production plants with a total of 15 air-conditioning equipment. Before 2016, the air-conditioning power consumption accounted for about 9%, which is equivalent to the 14.5 tex air-conditioning ton yarn power consumption of 290 kW· h; Since 2017, in order to improve the phenomenon of high air-conditioning electricity consumption, and at the same time increase the qualified rate of temperature and humidity in the workshop, a series of effective measures have been carried out. The proportion of air-conditioning electricity consumption has been reduced to about 8%, and air-conditioning electricity consumption per ton of yarn Reduced to 243 kW·h, some of our practices are summarized as follows. 1 Periodic maintenance of air-conditioning equipment 1.1 Develop a monthly air-conditioning maintenance plan Due to environmental reasons, the high temperature season in summer is July and August each year. The production process of the textile factory has extremely strict requirements on temperature and humidity, in order to improve the temperature and humidity throughout the year. Rate, reduce air-conditioning power consumption, formulate maintenance plans, comprehensively overhaul air-conditioning equipment, make air-conditioning equipment good and economical operation, and ensure production process requirements. 1.2 Maintenance of air-conditioning equipment according to plan According to the maintenance plan every month, the maintenance personnel are in place, the tools and materials are sufficient, and the maintenance content includes water baffle cleaning, spray nozzle cleaning, pool cleaning, scale cleaning of water pipes, and water pump maintenance. At the same time, measure the air supply volume before and after the maintenance, compare the maintenance effect, summarize the maintenance experience and methods, facilitate the next maintenance, use the least maintenance personnel, obtain the best maintenance quality, improve the air conditioning adjustment ability, and increase the temperature and humidity qualification rate of the workshop . To ensure production process requirements, overhaul of air-conditioning equipment can not only improve the production environment of the workshop, but also play a great role in energy saving and consumption reduction. On December 21, 2017, the 3# air-conditioning room nozzle was replaced, and the electricity consumption in the 4 days before and after the 21st was statistically compared. The average electricity consumption in the first 4 days was 532 kW·h, and the average electricity consumption in the 4 days after the replacement was 482. kW·h, the difference between front and rear is 50 kW·h. The overhaul and maintenance of air-conditioning equipment is very important. If the spray nozzle is blocked, the energy consumption of the water pump will increase, and the spray effect will be poor. With 1 set of air-conditioning equipment, the daily power consumption can save 50 kW·h. It is especially important to do the daily touring of the automatic control system. Electrical personnel follow the air-conditioning maintenance personnel to overhaul the air-conditioning plan, overhaul the blower, exhaust fan, and high-pressure dust collector fans, perform regular maintenance and motor refueling, and measure the motor temperature and operation based on the motor running time and on-site Current, motor vibration, and bearing sound are the standards for refueling and maintenance to ensure that the motors of the air conditioner operate normally. 3 Air conditioning adjustment methods and methods 3.1 Daily adjustment Daily adjustment refers to changes in weather factors such as outdoor temperature and humidity, wind direction, wind speed, air pressure, and sunny weather, as well as changes in indoor load, etc., in order to reduce the temperature in the workshop within 24 hours. Humidity fluctuations or corresponding adjustment measures and methods to meet certain temperature and humidity requirements. 3.2 Annual adjustment Annual adjustment refers to the adjustment and adjustment of the air-conditioning system in accordance with the climatic characteristics of different seasons and the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity during the four seasons of the year, and in accordance with the principles of economy, reliability, and ease of operation. Management method. 3.3 'Transition season' adjustment Generally, the adjustment range between the enthalpy value of winter dew point temperature and the enthalpy value of summer dew point temperature is called 'transition season' adjustment in the annual adjustment. Adjusting the mixing ratio of the new return air is mainly carried out during the transition season. Adjustment method: While ensuring the minimum fresh air volume in the workshop, adjust the opening degree of the new return air window blades according to the enthalpy difference between indoor and outdoor in the workshop to control the mixing ratio of the fresh return air.
