The main material that brings the virus filtering effect to these two masks is the ultra-fine and electrostatically charged inner filter cloth made of polypropylene-meltblown non-woven fabric. Nano anti-bacterial masks are similar to ordinary medical masks, but also include outer layer, middle layer, inner layer, ear hooks, nose clips, etc. The special feature is that the middle layer is made of nano-membrane with a smaller pore size (100-200 nanometers) , Generally PTFE material. The PTFE film prepared by one-way or two-way stretching method has a spider web-like microporous structure on the surface. The three-dimensional structure has very complicated changes such as network connection, hole inlay, and hole bending, so it has excellent surface filtration. Features. Nano masks produced using this material have the characteristics of high barrier efficiency, long service life, light and thin air permeability, and are a new direction for the development of masks in the future. However, currently, PTFE nano-film masks are affected by price factors and cannot completely replace traditional masks.
