The 2014 Annual Meeting of China Analytical Instrument Industry Association was successfully held

On August 28th, the 2014 Annual Meeting of Analytical Instruments Branch of China Instrument and Meter Industry Association was successfully held in Dunhuang, Gansu. Gao Yuqing, the chairman of the branch, Cao Naiyu, the secretary of the branch, and mainstream companies in the industry all attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Huang Qing, the deputy secretary of the branch.  Ms. Zhang Yaohua, deputy secretary general of the branch, made the 2013-2014 annual work report on behalf of the branch. She emphasized that 'competition' between enterprises is necessary. While inheriting and carrying forward the important work in 2014, we will focus on the following tasks in 2015: organize the branch change work; complete the editing and publication of the 'Analytical Instruments Business Manual'; prepare for the publication of the second volume of 'Analytical Instruments White Paper' Work; Participate in the work of 'Young Workers Committee of Analytical Instrument Industry' organized by the General Association and co-organized with the Analytical Instrument Society.   With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years, it has brought many positive effects on the scientific instrument industry. Ms. Cao Naiyu, secretary-general of the branch, has a unique eye, and specially arranged the topic of how to integrate the instrument industry and the Internet at this meeting.  Instrument Information Network Operations Director Mr. Zhao Xin first shared a report on the topic of 'How Instrument Companies Use the Internet for Rapid Development'. As of June 2014, the scale of Chinese Internet users has reached 632 million, with a penetration rate of 46.9%, and mobile Internet users of 527 million. The scale of mobile Internet users surpassed the size of PC Internet users for the first time. Although Internet marketing has become the first marketing tool of choice for enterprises in the industry, the overall investment amount is not high, and the degree of attention is far from enough. While scientific instrument companies are doing their own products and services, if they can effectively use the Internet, they will get twice the result with half the effort.   Mr. Gao Yuqing, chairman of the Analytical Instrument Branch of the China Instrument and Meter Industry Association, firstly expressed a warm welcome to the active participation of all member units, and hoped that everyone can provide suggestions for the development of the branch and jointly promote the development of the industry. Afterwards, Chairman Gao explained the relevant policies of 'Beijing State-owned Enterprise Reform' and 'Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration' in simple language. In the future, 80% of state-owned assets will be concentrated in key areas such as public services. State-owned assets will gradually withdraw from general competitive enterprises. Enterprises with state-owned holdings less than 50% will no longer follow the state-owned capital supervision system. The implementation of the above system will bring more vitality to state-owned enterprises. In the future development, Beijing will further strengthen its 'capital' position, and cooperate with Tianjin and Hebei to truly achieve integration.   The conference held a special discussion on the hot topic of reliability and stability of domestically produced instruments. The discussion session was presided over by Cao Naiyu, secretary general of the branch. More than ten representatives spoke freely, shared the successful experience of German and Japanese companies, and their own specific practices in product reliability and stability. Everyone agreed that reliability is by design and 'eugenics' is more important than 'eugenics'. To achieve product reliability and stability, there must be a lot of practical work to be done, and many of these work are long-term projects, and there is no shortcut.
