The overall level of domestic textile equipment, such as appearance and quality, is not as good as foreign advanced products. Established textile instrument manufacturing companies are not doing well, even going bankrupt or changing business; the products of emerging companies are mostly concentrated in some conventional and low-end instruments with low investment and large sales. The price of domestic textile instruments is far lower than that of imported instruments. In addition to the limited manufacturing level, foreign instrument manufacturers are not interested in China's low-end and general-purpose instrument market. They mainly promote high-end instruments, especially chemical fiber testing instruments. The textile industry has a long process flow from fiber raw materials to spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing or other finished products. In order to control and improve product quality, it is necessary to conduct online inspection and monitoring of each process in the complex and multi-link process.
