Analysis of the operation system of xenon lamp aging test box

As we all know, the damage to materials caused by sunlight and moisture in nature results in inestimable economic losses every year. The resulting hazards mainly include fading, yellowing, discoloration, strength reduction, embrittlement, oxidation, brightness reduction, cracking, blurring and chalking. For goods and materials exposed to direct or behind-the-glass sunlight, there is a risk of photodamage. Materials exposed to fluorescent, halogen, or other light-emitting lamps for extended periods of time are also subject to photodegradation. The xenon lamp aging test box uses a xenon arc lamp that can imitate the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce the damaging light waves that exist in different environments. The xenon lamp aging test chamber can be used for experiments such as selection of new materials, improvement of existing materials or evaluation of changes in durability after material composition changes. The device is able to mimic the changes that occur when materials are exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions. Ci3000+ xenon lamp aging test chamber adopts water-cooled xenon lamp, digital control system, and further upgrades the Ci3000 series. Previously, the Ci3000 series has obtained CE, UL, CAS, ISO and EN certifications from international standard organizations. Technical features: 1. Recognized by many manufacturers of plastics, paint coatings, inks, packaging, automotive materials, actinic materials, pigments and dyes and textile industries; 2. Recognized as repeatable and reproducible prediction products 3. Rotate the sample holder to achieve uniform testing of all samples; 4. Customized nozzles provide uniform spraying of the sample holder; 5. Use ASTM black panel thermometer and ISO/DIN black standard thermometer to control sample temperature to ensure testing Repeatability. Main parameters: 1. Support 4500W high-power precision water-cooled xenon lamp; 2. Total exposure area: 2,188cm2 (339in2); 3. Built-in 14 major international standards; 4. Support 12 custom programming; 5. More Language display (Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean). Mimics the full sunlight spectrum: The lightfastness of materials is measured by exposing them to ultraviolet (UV), visible, and infrared light. It uses a filtered xenon arc lamp to generate the full sunlight spectrum that is compatible with sunlight. Choosing a properly filtered xenon arc lamp is a way to test the sensitivity of a product to longer wavelength ultraviolet and visible light in direct sunlight or sunlight through glass. Lightfastness test of interior materials: Products placed in retail locations, warehouses or other environments will also experience significant photodegradation due to prolonged exposure to fluorescent lamps, halogen lamps or other light-emitting lamps. The Xenon Arc Burner is able to mimic and reproduce the damaging light that occurs in such commercial lighting environments, and at higher intensities to speed up the experiment. Simulate climate environment: In addition to the photodegradation test, the xenon lamp aging test box can also be turned into a climate aging test box by adding a water spray option to simulate the damage effect of outdoor moisture on materials. The use of water spray function greatly expands the climatic and environmental conditions that the equipment can simulate. Relative humidity control: The xenon lamp aging test chamber provides a relative humidity control function, which is very important for many humidity-sensitive materials, and many test protocols also require humidity control. This kind of tray can also be used for testing materials that can move in high temperature environments, materials exposed to bacterial culture dishes, and materials that have a waterproof effect on the roof. The steel plate is processed and formed by CNC machine tool, and the surface is sprayed to make it more bright and beautiful; the insulation material is high-density glass fiber wool, and the insulation thickness is 80mm; To achieve the strength of convection, straight dispersion and circulation; double-layer high-temperature-resistant high-tensile sealing strips are used between the door and the box to ensure the airtightness of the test area; non-reverse effect door handles are used for easier operation; and high-quality equipment is installed at the bottom of the machine The fixed movable wheel can easily move the machine to the designated position, and then fix the casters; a set of visual survey windows are installed on the door of the equipment in a reasonable position. experimental process.
