Under the working conditions of the bag filter, some dusts are flammable and explosive. The ignition source of dust combustion or explosion is usually caused by dust friction sparks, static sparks, hot particles, etc., among which the charge is the most harmful. This is because the chemical fiber filter material is usually easy to be charged, so when dealing with combustible and easily charged dust such as coal powder, coke powder, alumina powder and magnesium powder, our bag filter bag filter It is advisable to choose a flame-retardant dust bag and an anti-static dust bag. For flame retardant dust filter bags, the material needs to be selected first. It is generally believed that the fiber woven filter material with an oxygen index (LOI) greater than 30 can choose a filter material of PTFE, P84 and other materials; and for fibers with an oxygen index (LOI) less than 30 , such as polypropylene, polyester, imide, etc., it is necessary to impregnate these filter materials with flame retardants to ensure the excellent flame retardancy of the filter bags. When the concentration of industrial dust reaches a certain level (that is, the explosion limit), if it encounters factors such as electrostatic discharge sparks or external ignition, it will easily lead to explosion and fire. Such as: surface dust, chemical dust, coal dust, etc., all have the possibility of explosion in case of electrostatic discharge. In the field of bag-type dust removal, if these dusts need to be collected by cloth bags, the filter materials used to make the dust-removing cloth bags are required to have anti-static properties. The anti-static dust filter bag refers to mixing conductive fibers into the fibers of the dust removal filter material, so that the filter material has conductive properties in the radial or weft direction. There are two mixing methods, one is to incorporate copper-infiltrated conductive yarn into the warp yarn of the needle felt base fabric, which is called stripe anti-static; the other is to evenly mix conductive fiber into chemical fiber, called blended anti-static. Commonly used conductive fibers are stainless steel fibers and modified chemical fibers. Compared with the two, the electrical conductivity of the former is stable and reliable, while the electrical conductivity of the latter is easy to decline after a certain period of time. The anti-static dust bag has excellent anti-static performance. It is used in industries such as surface dust, chemical dust, coal dust and other industries that may explode in case of electrostatic discharge. It is an ideal choice for explosion-proof dust collection. In addition, for these combustible and explosive smoke and dust, other necessary flame retardant and explosion-proof measures must be taken in the design of dust removal equipment and systems. For example, inert gas is mixed into the flue gas, the moisture content of the gas is increased, and the flame-retardant safety device is added. It cooperates with Teijin of Japan to provide customers with exclusive services for dust removal bags and dust collectors to meet the needs of customers for different working conditions. The limit ensures the dimensional stability of the filter material. According to the needs of different working conditions, the filter material can be treated with singeing, calendering, coating, dipping, film coating, waterproofing and oil-proofing, etc. According to the requirements of the customer's dust removal equipment, the dust collector cloth bag is specially made to ensure that the filter bag and the flower plate are tightly fitted and avoid dust leakage from the flower plate hole.
