Leather softness test method2
Experiment purpose: To determine the relative softness of leather. Experimental materials: genuine leather, artificial leather. Experimental equipment: leather softness tester. Sample three experimental conditions: experimental temperature: 23±2°C, RH 60±5% experimental steps: 1. Use a test ring with a diameter of 35mm on the test seat of the testing machine; 2. Use the metal plate equipped with the machine to zero the machine dial; 3. Press the sample into the 4. After the sample is pressed in, the pointer on the testing machine will change. After the pointer is stable, record the corresponding value (accuracy to 0.1mm); 5. Take the average value of the three different points tested Note : The distance between two adjacent test points is not less than 15cm. Diameter of the test ring: ∮=35 mm. The diameter of the shrinking ring is suitable for detecting shoe leather. The diameter of the test ring: ∮=25 mm. : ∮=20 mm The shrink ring is suitable for detecting leather for gloves or leather clothing. Report record: The report should indicate the sample form, the value of sample softness and the diameter of the test ring.
