Application

 

Low Temperature DeMattia Flexing Tester to determine bending resistance of rubber, leather, synthetic leather, shoe sole and other materials. And inspect its flex cracking resistance, resistance to cracking and crack growth degree by repeatedly flexing in certain times and stroke.

 

 

Principle

A rectangular stip of sample is folded twice and two ends of folded strips are mounted on two relative grips, one of which reciprocates in vertical direction, casusing the folded test piece to be bent . and continued for either a pre-set number of cycles or until damage to the test piece is apparent.
