Application
It is designed to determine the aging resistance against ozone for rubbers, automotive parts.
Both static tensile test method and dynamic tensile test method can be option.
Principle
There is only a little of ozone in the atmosphere, but that is the main factor cause rubber cracking.
This Ozone Chamber can simulate and strengthen the condition of ozone, fastly determine the ozone-resistant aging property of rubber and function of antiozonant.

Feature
1. Inside the test tank
a.SUS 304# stainless steel; Machine outer body: steel plate body coating.
b.Insulation device: PU foam insulation cotton.
c.The sample holder and clamp are made of SUS 304# stainless steel, which can be used for static, dynamic and static & dynamic discontinuous cycle tests.
2. Ozone generation system: air compressor + ozone generator + high voltage power supply.
3. Air circulation and ventilation system: multi-wing circulation fan, air flow meter and regulating valve, air filter mixing and thinning
Release device, exhaust emission dilution device.
4. Chamber door: single open, single window, flat handle, window 210*270*35mm, with lights inside.
