This will cause condensation. 2. The moisture content in the flue gas is too high. When the moisture content in the flue gas is too high and the supersaturated water is analyzed, condensation will occur. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in the kiln tail dust collector of the cement dry process line. Because the flue gas at the kiln end of the cement dry process line is generally cooled and tempered by a humidification tower, when the amount of water sprayed is too large, it will cause the smoke in the flue gas. Condensation occurs when the moisture is oversaturated. 3. When the temperature of the flue gas is too low, the temperature of the flue gas processed by the dust collector is close to or lower than the dew point temperature, condensation will also occur. 4. Moisture enters the dust collector due to the phenomenon of 'four-tube burstThe production of the bag filter bag, only through the exquisite sewing technology, can not really exert the performance of the filter bag. It is necessary to consider the filter bag itself when designing the structure of the bag filter and setting the operating parameters. Relatively small air permeability, surface filtration and other characteristics, and corresponding measures can be taken to ensure that the entire bag dust removal system achieves the ideal operating effect to the greatest extent. The damage phenomenon of the filter bag in the actual application process is normal, but through careful analysis and summary, the filter bag is more damaged due to the above reasons.
