Analysis of test test of color fastness to perspiration

The color fastness to perspiration tester is used to measure the color fastness to perspiration, sea water, saliva and distilled water of various colored and colored textiles. It is suitable for the color fastness test of various textile materials and textiles to perspiration. Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. independently researches and develops and produces, and customers in need are welcome to inquire in time. Applicable standards: Standard perspiration - AATCC 15, EN ISO 105 Part E04, DIN 54020 Seawater - AATCC 107, EN ISO 105 Part E02, DIN 54007 Clear water - AATCC 106, EN ISO 105 Part E01, DIN 54006 Immersion in PVC - ISO 105 Part X10 , DIN 54072 The weight is 3.63kg (8lb), according to the AATCC standard The weight is 4.10kg (9lb), according to the ISO standard Test test: Combine the textile sample with the specified backing fabric, after the test solution is processed, remove the test Put the liquid in the middle of the lower platen and the bottom plate, put the weight according to the specified pressure, and leave it at the specified temperature for a certain period of time, and then dry the sample and the lining fabric respectively, and observe the color change. Test method: 1. Put a combined sample in the acid and alkali test solution with a liquor ratio of 50:1 (the specific test solution is prepared according to the standard requirements) to make it completely wet, and then leave it at room temperature for 30min. Press and move slightly to ensure good and even penetration of the test solution, take out the sample, pour out the residual liquid, use two glass rods to clamp the excess test solution on the combined sample, or put the combined test solution. Place the sample on the sample plate, scrape off the excess test solution with another sample plate, sandwich the sample between the two sample plates, place other combined samples in the same procedure, and then press the sample. The instruments used for the alkali and acid tests should be separated. 2. Put the two sets of instruments of acid and alkali with combined samples in a thermostat, at 37°C±4h at a temperature of 2°C. 3. Remove all sutures except one short side of the composite sample, unfold the composite sample, and hang it to dry in the air with a temperature not exceeding 60°C. 4. Use a gray sample card to evaluate the discoloration of each sample and the staining of the contact side of the lining fabric with the sample.
