Application
This method is utilized for the rapid detection of formaldehyde content in various textiles, leather, and fur products.
Features
1. Employs an extraction method compliant with national standards, capable of simultaneously measuring formaldehyde levels, absorbance values, and transmittance values.
2. Equipped with a single-chip controller and a color touchscreen displaying in English.
3. Utilizes electrochemical sensor technology combined with a single-chip controller to collect absorbance values at multiple concentration points, automatically calculating the corresponding curve formula for different concentrations.
4. Allows independent selection of different standards for formaldehyde content in leather and textiles.
5. Performs automatic calculations, supporting up to 8 standard curves. Calculations use a discrete method, directly displaying the a/b values and the curve formula (y = a + bx).
6. Connects to a computer for data transfer, with PC software for plotting standard curves and assessing curve accuracy.
7. Includes a built-in micro-printer for generating test reports.
