Application
To test the down-proof performance of down and feather filled products.
Principle
Tumbling method Fabric Down-proof Property Tester: Make the specimen into “sample bag” with certain size, and fill certain weight of down and feather in it. Then put the bag and some rigid rubber balls into the rotary box. The rotary box rotate with constant speed, bring the balls to higher place then impact on sample bags. This test is simulate down and feather production suffers squeezing, rub or crush when using. Judge the fabric down-proof performance according count the number of down and feather.
