Incline Impact Test Machine GT-N49
Application
This Incline Impact Test Machine simulates real-world conditions to evaluate a product's resistance to impact damage during handling, shelf stacking, motor sliding, locomotive loading/unloading, and transportation. It also serves as a standard testing device for research institutions, universities, packaging technology centers, packaging material manufacturers, and departments involved in foreign trade and transportation.
Standards
ASTM D880, ISTA
Features
1. The moving plate is flexible, easy to fix position, as well as to change speed
2. The height of the trolley can be adjusted to a level, which is conducive to the installation of the test sample; the enhanced impact-resistant plate ensures structure be firm.
3. The trolley table can be adjusted to the horizontal level for the user to install the test piece; the angle adjustment is driven by the cylinder, which is flexible and convenient.
4. It can be operated at a certain distance from the control box to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
5. Customer only needs to fix the machine on the ground without any complicated operation or installation.
Incline Impact Tester Component Description
1. Impact Car – welded from 45# Steel, with high impact resistance behaviour.
2. Sliding Track – using I-beam and high-strength parallel rails to reduce the friction between tracks and wheels during testing.
3. Impact Plate – welded from 45 # steel, not deformed during impact process under impact energy of 1000KG.
4. Motor – the variable frequency motor and reducer are used to drive the impact car move up, and then release. So the impact car can slide freely. The impact speed will be calculated automatically during sliding.
5. Displacement Encoder – Measures impact distance, with speed settings adjustable via the PLC control program.
6. Lifting Cylinder – Keeps the track level during sample installation and automatically raises it to a 10-degree angle for testing. Dual-cylinder output enhances angle stability, preventing lateral shaking while increasing lifting force.
7. Chain – Used to elevate the test plate.
8. Hydraulic Buffer – Reduces impact force between the impact car and plate.
