Application

Laboratory Padder is suitable as dyeing and finishing padding mangle. The pressure transmission can be applied by means of pneumatic cylinder. It’s apply to pure cotton, T/C and other chemical fiber fabric.

Feature

1. 1.Lab Padder Cloth speed controlled by inverter from 0-10m/min.
2. 2.NBR rubber is applied for coating of roller, excellent erode-resistance, long life-time.
3. 3.Two separate disc-shaped pneumatic cylinders control each end of roller to keep uniform pressure for whole rollers.
4. 4.Padding mangle dyeing machine: brushed stainless steel surface, easy to clean and good appearance.
5. 5.Removable liquor trough and spray head wash-down facility, free standing.
6. 6.Laboratory standard compressed air supply required.
