Application
Melt Flow Tester is used to determine the melt flow rate of various polymers in the viscous flow state, it is applicable to both higher melt temperature of polycarbonate, polyaromatic alum, fluorine plastics. It is also suitable for polyethylene, polystyrene, resin and other plastics with lower melting temperature.
This melt flow index machine adopts new generational manual smart instrument and on-off time relay output control, the period of constant temperature of instrument is short and overshoot is minimum. The part of temperature control adopts molding temperature control unit table to make the precision of temperature control and the stability of product get the effective guarantee. To make it be convenient for user, this instrument integrates the two cropping methods of time controlled and manual operation as one(cropping interval and the cropping time can be set randomly).
