     Application


    It is used to determine the impact performance of high-temperature metal melt droplets in protective clothing and the high-temperature protection performance of textiles.

    Protective Clothing Against Molten Metal Tester GT (4)

    Feature

    1. Generate metal drop device:

    1.1 Oxyacetylene torch melting metal wire (stick) one end, welding tip caliber (1.2±0.1)mm;

    1.2 The movement of metal wire (stick) control by wheel system motor speed regulation, motor wire feed rate(10±1)g/min;

    1.3Welding nozzle center vertical with wire (stick), the distance between welding tip and wire(stick) adjustable, usually its 12mm;

    1.4 Droplet weight (0.50±0.05)g;

    1.5 Generate droplet frequency 20 drops/(min±3s);

    1.6 Start distance from wire to welding burner;

    1.7 Length of welding torch deep blue flame core;


    2. Droplet guide mechanism:

    2.1 Funnel guide: the angel between guidance axis and vertical adjustable, caliber can through diameter (8±0.2)mm metal strip, add lid on guide slot for it can cover when it not using.

    2.2 Holder: bearing and funnel guide, its three dimensional adjustable.


    3. Temperature sensing system:

    3.1 Sensor support: refractory insulation material, pyroconductivity is (0.125±0.015)W/(m.K), specific heat 1.15J/ (g.K) groove dimension of surface (13.5×11) mm while 40℃.

    3.2 Temperature sensing system: armoured platinum resistor, coating high temperature adhesive, resistance100Ω, Clitheriform, dimension (12.5×10) mm, thermal response time≤0.5s while 0℃.

    3.3 Record display: can display warming and its corresponding droplet no. time, frequency value on sample back; Guide slot test temperature>250℃, temperature rise on sample back≥40K will alert.

    3.4 Precision: resolution ratio≤±0.5K, deviation between temperature display and alert function test ≤±0.4K.

    3.5 Structure and install: temperature sensor can contact by groove center nearby two hole's guide line, four sides bolt can fix sensor support on sample frame.


    4. Sample frame:

    4.1 Sample holder support can guarantee sample cling to sensor;

    4.2 Put(175±5)g pre-tension on sample;

    4.3 The location of sample on vertical and horizontal direction adjustable.

    Instrument is equipped with professional computer software.

    Oxygen and acetylene gas need to purchase on your local by yourself.
