Packaging Clamping Force Testing Machine GT-N55
Application
It is used to simulate the impact of the clamping force of the two clamping plates on the packages and goods when loading and unloading the packages, and to evaluate the clamping strength of the packages; it is mainly used to test the deformation of the packages when they are subjected to the horizontal pressure in the process of transportation and storage as well as the protection ability of the packages to the inner packages, so as to improve the package design.

Major Part of Packaging Clamping Force Testing Machine
1.Column: Adopt 4 columns structure, high strength of structure, non-defrmation, ensure the stability during the testing.
2.Clamp fixation splint: Use high strength I-beam Steel, 3pcs for each side of the fixation splint, make sure the strength balance.
3.Triangle bracket: To fix the crossbeams on the clamp fixation splints.
4.Controlling Box: Equipped with 7 inch touch screen , easily to operate.
5.Right Clamping plate: Made of high strength aluminum, ensure two plates are parallel to each other and the uniform strength.
6.Ball screw: Positive and negative screw structure, make sure the left and right side working synchronously, no gap, ensure the displacement accuracy during the test.
7.Up and down crossbeam: Use #45 steel plate and linear slide rail, make sure no gap during the sliding and no shape changes.
8.Force sensor: 6 sets of force sensor, ensure the power deviation during test within 1%, and the force accuracy of 5 points test.
9.Baseplate: Welded by #45 steel, high strength without shape changes.
