The Thermal Protection Fabric Heat Radiation Tester GT-C96 is designed for testing the heat protection capabilities of fabrics, whether single or multi-layered, under high temperatures. Additionally, it can assess the heat-insulating properties of other fire retardant materials. Thermal radiation performance is a critical indicator for flame retardant products. Standards Compliance: Conforms to ISO 6942-2002 (EN366) standards and includes two testing methods.

Method A: The sample absorbs a specified amount of heat radiation to simulate harsh conditions, with observations made on changes in appearance.

Method B: A calorimeter is placed behind the specimen to measure heat conduction from the back of the sample. The temperature trends over time are recorded to determine the level of heat transfer radiation.
