Analysis of the abrasion resistance of wooden floors tested by Taber abrasion tester

Taber wear testing-equipment' target='_blank'>testing machine can be used for the wear resistance of floor, plywood, glass, rubber and other materials, which can be divided into domestic and imported. Welcome to inquire. Applicable standards: QB/T2726-2005, GB/T4085, ASTM D4060, ASTM D1175, D1044, DIN53754, 53799, 53109, 52347, ISO5470. Main parameters: 01. Display mode: LCD display, no J speed regulation; 02. Test piece: outer diameterφ108mm, inner diameterφ6mm; 03. Grinding wheel:φ2″(MAX.52mm) 1/2″(W); 04. The distance between the centers of the grinding wheel: 63.5mm; 05. The distance between the centers of the grinding wheel and the test disc: 37~38mm; 06. The rotation speed: 60/72 rpm; 07. Load: 250g, 750g, 1000g; 08. Counter: LCD liquid crystal display, 0~999999, automatic shutdown; 09. Distance between test piece and vacuuming product: 3mm; 10. Power supply: 1∮, AC220V, 50HZ. Calculation formula of wear index: Wear loss weight/test revolutions*1000 Optional grinding wheel models: H18, H22, CS10, CS17, CS32, CS33, etc. In addition, the engineer said that the floor will be trampled frequently, and sometimes it will be bumped, scratched, etc., so the wear resistance of the floor has always been a hot spot for consumers. High wear resistance is one of the outstanding properties of laminate flooring, and the wear resistance value is a necessary indicator to measure the performance of laminate flooring. For laminate floors in the home environment, the wear resistance index of the first level is more than 6000 rpm, and the second level is more than 4000 rpm. Abrasion test method: 1. Grind the floor surface with 180 mesh sandpaper for 20—50 revolutions, and then distinguish the quality of the wear-resistant layer. Use the standard sandpaper to put it on the grinding wheel (a special machine for testing the wear resistance value), weigh the floor, then put the floor surface on the grinding wheel and grind it for 100 revolutions, and then continue to weigh the floor! If the weight of the floor is less than 0.08g, it means that the floor surface is unqualified for wear resistance, and the quality of the floor is unqualified. If the missing weight is less than 0.08g, the floor quality is qualified. The national standard standard solid wood floor surface wear resistance parameter value is 'or = 0.08g/100 wear value. 2. Use a metal object to scratch the surface of the floor a few times, because aluminum oxide is a kind of metal particles, the sound of friction is like the sound of metal rubbing against each other, very loud, the floor without wear-resistant layer, the sound is hoarse, Not loud. The current general scratch detection is unscientific, and the floor with high hardness or high glue content cannot draw traces.
