GESTER Presents Textile Testing Equipment at SAIGONTEX 2025

From April 9 to 12, 2025, the global textile industry's attention was focused on SaigonTex, the influential textile event in ASEAN region which attracted more than 1,000 exhibitors and 30,000 textile industry players from 25 countries.

GESTER appeared at the exhibition with professional technology and efficient and accurate testing in Hall 2, Booth 1N-12, with seven models of high-performance testing equipments in the fields of fabric strength, abrasion resistance, color fastness and other testing areas.

GT-C02-1 Universal Tensile Strength Tester

The Universal Tensile Strength Tester adopts high-performance AC servo drive system, combined with speed reducer, synchronous wheel and TBI precision ball screw, which realizes smooth and low-noise operation of the beam during the testing process. Featuring a high-strength aluminum alloy frame with thermally cured coating, the shell demonstrates exceptional temperature resistance and color durability, is both high-temperature-resistant and colorfast. In the on-site demonstration, the stability and tensile accuracy of the tester was recognized by representatives of many garment factories and fabric companies.

GT-C13B Martindale Abrasion Pilling Tester

The upgraded dual servo drive system with digital algorithms accurately simulates standard Lissajous movement patterns. Six test modes can be switched at the touch of a button, eliminating the need for additional accessory replacement. The fully automatic calibration design also greatly improves the operation efficiency, especially in the diversified textile testing to show the high practicality. During the exhibition, many customers showed great interest in the flexibility and high intelligence of the equipment and made appointments for on-site sample testing.

GT-C09 Snap Button Tester

The Snap Button Tester is a simple yet practical tester with a high-precision pressure gauge and a standardized counterweight to assess the strength of the connection between buttons and fabrics.

GT-C26 Hydrostatic Head Testing Machine

Adopting touch screen and English operation interface, the GT-C26 Hydrostatic Head Testing Machine is equipped with an internal integrated water tank and original water pressure balancing system, ensuring stable water pressure increase rates for enhanced measurement accuracy.

GT-D04 Electronic Aatcc Crockmeter

Metal box, High-temperature baking coating, easy maintenance. Electric motor, fitted with a pre-determined electronic counter for strokes up to 9999, experiment complete successfully, automatic stop.

GT-C75 Circular Sample Cutter

With 100cm² sampling area and electronic balance, it can accurately cut fabric samples up to 5mm in thickness. Equipped with a cutting mat and spare blades for quick on-site sampling and testing, it is an indispensable basic tool for daily testing work.

GT-D09 Perspiration Tester

Adopting 316L stainless steel structure, with excellent acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. It supports color fastness testing under various environmental conditions such as sweat, seawater, saliva and bleach. This Perspiration Tester has triggered strong attention from many dyeing and finishing enterprises and dyestuff factories, and many customers have expressed clear purchasing intention after understanding the function details.

Looking Forward

During the exhibition, GESTER's booth was crowded with people, and our technical specialists conducted live demonstrations of the instruments' functionalities and compliance with international standards.
