Paper Internal Plybond Tester GT-N25

Applications
This Paper Internal Plybond Tester GT-N25 is designed to measure the internal bond strength of paper and cardboard (i.e., the bonding strength between paper layers or within the paper itself). It is also suitable for testing the internal bond strength of paper composite materials, film composite materials, and other sheet-like materials. Examples include bobbin fiber paper, whiteboard, brown paper, linerboard, and aluminum foil composite packaging materials.

Working Principle
A sandwich structure is created by combining double-sided tape + sample + double-sided tape, which is then pressed between a metal anvil and an aluminum block. The inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block is struck by a pendulum, causing the block to flip and rupture the sample in the Z direction. The energy absorbed by the sample during the destruction process is calculated by measuring the pendulum's swing position, expressed in units of J/m².
