Application
The Smoothness Tester is used to detect paper and paperboard surface smoothness of a special instrument, is based on the international general Buick BEKK smoothing instrument working principle of the latest design and development of an intelligent paper and paperboard smoothness performance testing instrument.
Automatic Smoothness Tester is suitable for paper making enterprises, printing enterprises, quality supervision bureau and scientific research institutions. It is not applicable for measuring high ventilation paper/cardboard with a thickness greater than 0.5mm, as a large air passing through the test surface will affect the test results.

Smoothness Tester for Paper Feature
1. Micro computer processing system, touch screen control and display.
2. The fully automatic one-step test, increase the pressure and resets automatically.
3. Micro printer output, data can output conveniently and quickly.
4. RS232 Communication interface, to connected with microcomputer software(optional).
5. When vacuum pressure is 50.66kPa, for large volume within 60min or small volume within 6min, the vacuum level should be less than 3kPa.
6. Test Level Selection: The vacuum levels and container volume changes for each one as follows:
Level I: Using a large vacuum container (380 mL), the vacuum level changes, 50.66kpa～48.00kpa.
Level II: Using a small vacuum container (38 mL), the vacuum level changes, 50.66kpa～48.00kpa.
Level III: Using a large vacuum container (380 mL), the vacuum level changes, 50.66kpa～29.33kpa.
