Solution to the abrasion of bag dust collector

Filter bag abrasion refers to the local abrasion caused by repeated filtering and back-blowing state switching during the use of the dust removal cloth bag, the cloth bag swells and contracts, the cloth bag and the dust removal skeleton or other components produce relative movement, and the high-speed dust-containing air flow causes local abrasion. The burning of the dust bag bag is caused by the abnormally high temperature of the flue gas or high-temperature dust particles that are higher than the temperature tolerance of the filter material, which causes damage to the filter material in the high temperature part. The corrosion of the filter bag is caused by the chemical reaction of the filter material caused by the harmful components in the flue gas, which causes the mechanical performance of the filter material to decrease and the loss of efficiency. The corrosion of the filter bag mostly occurs when the flue gas composition exceeds the standard. It can be divided into gas corrosion and liquid corrosion. The harmful gas composition is more likely to cause damage to the filter bag in the presence of liquid. Due to the presence of liquid components in the flue gas (such as condensation), it forms a paste-like substance with the dust, which blocks the gap of the filter bag and causes the paste bag to cause dust removal failure. 1. Prevention and treatment of dust bag abrasion The dust bag abrasion is the main type of bag breakage efficiency. After other types of damage cause small holes, the dust-laden airflow will also cause further abrasion. Abrasion is closely related to the structure design of the bag filter, airflow organization, and back-blowing dust removal. The occurrence of wear of dust filter bag is divided into the following five situations: filter bag mouth, filter bag body, lower part of the filter bag, bottom of the filter bag and inside of the filter bag. The abrasion of different parts and their factors are different, and the solutions are different. Also different. 2. Wear and tear at the mouth of the dust-removing cloth bag The abrasion at the mouth of the cloth bag is mostly within 400mm from the bottom of the bag mouth, and most of the damage marks are from the inside to the outside. The initial stage of this kind of wear is mainly caused by the pulse back-blowing compressed air deviating from the center of the filter bag and directly flushing the side wall of the filter bag. Under the continuous scouring of the compressed air off the side, the inner side layer of the filter bag is first blown off by the compressed air, then the base cloth is blown out, and finally the filter surface is also blown out. When one side of the filter bag is damaged, the resistance of the damaged part will decrease, and dusty smoke will quickly enter from the damaged part, scouring the damaged part diagonally, forming new cavities and new dusty flue gas inlets, and the increasing number of cavities will eventually cause the bag The mouth ring is damaged, and in severe cases, the bag head and the bag body may even separate. This type of damage is mainly caused by high compressed air pressure, skewed nozzles, deformation of the flower plate, etc. Once such abrasion is found, the back-blowing spray should be dealt with before replacing the new cloth bag. 3. Wear at the bottom of the filter bag Wear at the bottom of the filter bag: There are obvious signs of wear on the damaged surface. The bottom sewing thread and the filter material base cloth are worn off, and the bottom of the bag may be damaged or fall off as a whole in severe cases. This kind of abrasion is caused by the high material level in the ash hopper, and the dust particles raised by the air flow directly wash the bottom of the bag, causing abrasion. By increasing the ash hopper unloading volume and adjusting the dust hopper ash unloading work system of the dust collector, excessive dust accumulation can be avoided, and the formation of eddy current wear filter bags in the ash hopper can be avoided. The inner wear of the bottom of the filter bag is mostly seen when the bottom of the bag cage is too small or the filter bag is too long. The bag cage can only be made to support the part of the bottom of the bag. When the filter bag is switched between dust removal and filtration, the bottom of the filter bag shakes, causing the inside of the bottom of the filter bag to wear. 4. The inside of the dust bag is worn away. The inside of the filter bag is mostly damaged due to the large difference between the outside diameter of the bag cage and the inside diameter of the filter bag, causing the filter bag to swing too much when cleaning and filtering the filter, and the inside of the filter bag rubs against the bag cage, causing the filter bag Worn inside. The inner side of the filter bag is damaged at the bag cage, and there are rust marks on the worn area. Most of the bag cages form an angular oxide layer on the surface after corrosion. At this time, the surface of the bag cage is like sandpaper, and the filter bag will be severely rubbed every time the dust is cleaned. , And eventually wear the filter bag. The use of high-quality bag cages that match the filter bag can prevent the inside of the filter bag from wearing. Fifth, the filter bag body position wear and tear of the dust bag body, the common vertical strip wear marks in the middle of the filter bag, there are several situations: if the damage marks are from the inside to the outside, and the damage is at the contact of the vertical ribs of the bag cage, it means that it is a bag. The vertical ribs of the cage are de-welded or rusted, the filter bag is worn off or the blowing pressure is too high, and the blowing is too frequent, causing the filter bag to fold and break at the contact position of the bag cage and cause damage. This type of wear problem can be solved by replacing the bag cage or adjusting the blowing device. If the damage marks are from the outside to the inside, the damage is at the contact point of the vertical ribs of the bag cage. It is often seen that there are traces of friction with the filter bag on the outside of the filter bag (adjacent filter bag or box body member). This kind of wear is caused by the deformation of the bag cage or the installation of the filter bag is too small, the diameter of the filter bag is too large or loose, which causes the contact between the filter bag and the filter bag, the filter bag and the dust collector box member. Swelling rubs against each other to wear. Generally, the bag cage needs to be replaced and the installation quality is guaranteed. In the design process of the bag filter, the distance between the filter bag and the distance between the filter bag and the box structure should be avoided too small.
