What are the conventional items to be tested for meltblown cloth?

After the new crown epidemic in the Spring Festival of 2020, everyone knows that melt blown cloth is equivalent to the heart of masks. The conformity of the masks made depends largely on the unqualified melt blown cloth, and the good melt blown cloth is made. Masks are generally not too bad. For the test report of melt blown cloth, resistance test, filtration efficiency test, microbial test and other three items are usually done. If you want to produce masks, if you buy melt blown cloth, you should send it for inspection first. These indicators are not up to standard, so as to avoid that the meltblown cloth is not up to standard and the masks produced are not up to standard. Compared with spunbonded non-woven fabrics, melt-blown non-woven fabrics have a finer fiber structure, so they have better ability to capture minute particles. Meltblown non-woven fabrics use polypropylene with good processing properties and excellent drug resistance as raw materials, so they have higher porosity, more specific surface area, better filtration efficiency, and excellent insulation properties. Melt-blown non-woven fabrics are used as medical and sanitary fabrics, mainly used to manufacture medical protective clothing, surgical gowns, medical masks, diapers, disinfection wraps, sanitary napkins and other products. Meltblown non-woven fabric raw material testing-polypropylene 1. According to the standard: GB/T 30923-2014 plastic polypropylene (PP) meltblown special material 2. Testing items: (1) Technical requirements Testing items: particle appearance, melt quality Flow rate, ash content, volatile matter, and tert-butyl peroxide, molecular weight distribution (2) Hygienic index detection: detection of total bacterial colonies, total fungal colonies, coliforms, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria, meltblown non-woven fabric accessories -Fusible interlining 1. According to the standard: FZ/T 64041-2014 Meltblown fiber web non-woven adhesive interlining 2. Testing items: (1) Physical and chemical performance testing: melting temperature deviation, melt flow rate deviation, moisture content, ash content , Mass deviation per unit area, longitudinal breaking strength, peeling strength before and after washing, appearance change after washing of the combined sample, and hot melt adhesive penetration of the combined sample (2) Appearance quality inspection: local performance defects, scattered defects , The number of sections per roll, section length meltblown non-woven fabric product testing 1. According to the standard: FZ/T 64034-2014 spunbond/meltblown/spunbond (SMS) nonwoven fabric 2. Testing items: (1) Appearance Quality inspection: fabric appearance, holes, impurities, peculiar smell, micropores, crystal points, frit, rigid wire, unreinforced area, thin net, width deviation, color difference, joint quality (2) Intrinsic quality inspection: mass per unit area Deviation rate, longitudinal breaking strength, transverse breaking strength, vertical and horizontal breaking elongation, hydrostatic pressure, air permeability (3) Microbial index detection: total bacterial colony, fungal colony total, coliform, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria meltblown In addition to being used as medical and sanitary cloth, non-woven fabrics are mainly used for the production of insulating materials, filter materials, geotextiles, covering cloths, cement bag packaging and other products on industrial cloths. Agricultural cloths are mainly used for the production of irrigation cloth, Products such as thermal insulation curtains, seedling cloths, and home decoration cloths mainly produce tablecloths, bed sheets, bedspreads, curtain cloths and other products. In addition, meltblown non-woven fabrics are also used to produce sound insulation materials, space cotton, linoleum and other products.
