Yarn hairiness tester is used for measuring and analyzing yarn hairiness index, automatic testing and statistical analysis of length, quantity and distribution of hairiness.
Feature
1. The yarn hairiness testing method is projection counting method.
2. The detection and sampling system adopts the latest high-speed digital camera imaging.
3. The digital image is clear, which makes the hair length test more accurate, and the hair length distribution technology more accurate.
4. Due to the use of stop twist wheel, the tension of different yarns can be adjusted and balanced automatically, so that the consistency and repeatability of test data are better.
