In the current era when environmental protection is increasing and people are paying more attention, VOCs waste gas has begun to receive more and more attention from everyone. Therefore, VOCS recycling has received more and more attention from companies. In view of the current high concentration of VOCs waste gas treatment methods , There are different treatment methods on the market, and the advantages of recycling treatment technology with large emissions and low VOC concentration. 1. High-concentration VOC recovery technology in the gas. During the loading process of light oil products and the large and small breathing operations in the tank area, high-concentration oil and gas are discharged. The concentration of VOC can reach more than 1000g/m3. The hydrocarbon concentration is in the hundreds of grams per cubic meter. The emission limit requires that the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons is ≤20g/m3 and 25g/m3, and the mechanical refrigeration low-temperature condensation → filtration and capture treatment method is adopted. The first-level heat exchange adopts cold energy recycling technology; the two-stage mechanical refrigeration method is used to establish a low temperature environment not higher than -95℃ to condense and recover the hydrocarbons in the oil and gas; the filter trap technology is used to perform the condensation and recovery of the gas Filtering and trapping treatment improves the recovery rate of oil and gas. 2. Low-concentration VOC recovery technology in the gas. The VOC concentration is low, but the total amount of VOC emissions from various process waste gases with large gas emissions is considerable. For example, the VOC emission concentration is 300mg/m3, the gas emission is 40000m3/h, the VOC emission per hour is about 12kg, and the annual production device running time is 8000 hours, and the VOC emission is about 96t. This is the two production emissions of latex gloves. The actual situation of D60 and D70 solvent oil does not include almost the same amount of DOP mist emission. The VOC emission concentration limit is 120mg/m3 in national standards and petrochemical industry standards, and local standards in different places are 100mg/m3 and 80mg/m3. Exhaust gas with low VOC concentration but large gas emissions has two situations. One is that the emission concentration exceeds the standard and the other is that the emission concentration meets the standard. Excessive exhaust gas should be treated, and for the exhaust gas that meets the standard, due to VOC The emissions are large and have recycling value, which can significantly reduce production costs. Adopting dual adsorbers to alternately adsorb and desorb, adsorb and concentrate VOCs, and discharge gas up to standard. For characteristic pollutants with low emission limit requirements, the discharged gas can be processed by oxidation. Vacuum desorption is adopted, and the desorbed rich gas is condensed and recovered at low temperature, and the unrecovered VOC is sent to the adsorber for adsorption treatment.
