The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued an announcement and decided to abolish 21 environmental protection regulatory documents!      Ministry of Environmental Protection Announcement No. 57 (2017) The announcement of the Ministry of Environmental Protection on the abolition of certain regulatory documents is to further promote the reform of 'decentralization, management and service' to ensure various reforms The measures have been effectively implemented in accordance with the 'Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Further Cleaning up the Regulations and Regulatory Documents Involved in the Reform of 'Decentralization, Administration, and Services'' (Guobanfa [2017] No. 40), and 'Regulations of the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council on Doing a Good Job in Laws and Regulations' According to the requirements of the Clean-up Work Letter (Guo Fa Han [2017] No. 84), our Ministry has cleaned up the current effective normative documents issued as of the end of June 2017.  After cleaning up, our ministry decided to abolish 21 environmental protection normative documents. It is now promulgated, and the regulatory documents decided to repeal shall be repealed from the date of promulgation.
