VOC adsorption and recovery device: With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, more and more processing plants are emerging around the world, and the environmental protection department has begun to strictly examine the volatile organic compounds (VOC) emitted into the air. VOCs are actually different types of petrochemical products, and they are the most common air pollutants emitted by chemical, oil refining, petrochemical and related industries. They are also one of the main sources of atmospheric photochemical reactions. Therefore, as people's environmental awareness continues to increase, VOC emission control regulations have become more and more stringent. In this case, every industry or company that emits VOC must adopt appropriate VOC control measures. Fortunately, there are many technologies for controlling VOC emissions, and each technology has its specific advantages and limitations. Environmental and health problems of industrial VOCs The dangerous concentration of industrial VOCs is generally very low, but the impact on health is becoming more and more serious with the accumulation of time. Around the world, the media often report that asthma and other respiratory diseases are on the rise, affecting the health of young and old people. Although there are many causes of these diseases, it is generally recognized that certain VOCs have serious negative effects on human health in several aspects. Studies have shown that alcohol, aromatic hydrocarbons and aldehydes can irritate the mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract. In addition, many VOCs have been proven to be carcinogens or potential carcinogens, such as benzene, trichloroethylene and formaldehyde. The promulgation of laws and regulations has long brought new breakthroughs in technology research and development. At present, China is facing increasingly serious environmental problems, which have a great impact on people's health. Although the Chinese government has made great efforts to control pollution and continuously lower the emission limits of VOC, CO2 and NOx, large-scale combustion industries still account for 40% of total emissions. Therefore, through a large number of releases and upcoming laws and regulations, it is possible to control VOC emissions from large-scale combustion plants in the chemical, refining, petrochemical and related industries. These standards promulgated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection stipulate the discharge limits of water pollutants and air pollutants from petroleum refining enterprises, petrochemical enterprises and production facilities, as well as their supervision and management requirements. In addition, the Chinese government also encourages all regions to implement various standards that will be issued as soon as possible. It can be seen that the successive promulgation of relevant laws and regulations has brought unprecedented new challenges to technological Ru0026D and breakthroughs. It has to be said that there are many different technologies that can be used to reduce or eliminate solvent emissions in the exhaust gas stream, such as destruction and recycling. The specific technology used depends on the recovery value and concentration of the solvent. Such improvements include: replacing raw materials, first reducing the VOC entering the process; changing operating conditions to minimize the formation of VOC; adjusting equipment to minimize the chance of VOC entering the environment. By following good design practices and equipment maintenance procedures, we can minimize VOC leakage from valves, sealed pumps (using mechanical seals), and other process equipment, and ultimately reduce their emissions. Under appropriate circumstances, mechanical seals can be used. At the same time, vapor recovery systems and double seals can also minimize VOC losses in storage tanks, product transfer areas and other process areas. In addition, according to the type of process and equipment used, leak detection should be performed on a regular basis. The conversion rate of VOC can be as high as 99.9%. The VOC oxidation technology standard group VOC adsorption recovery device can directly burn VOC in a manner similar to a regenerative incinerator. On the other hand, there is a significant difference: the catalytic system can be used in Operate at a lower temperature (generally about 300-500°C). Because it reduces the combustion energy requirement by as much as 40% through the catalyst, thereby saving a lot of fuel and operating costs. The conversion rate of VOC can be as high as 99.9%, far exceeding the requirements of current global environmental regulations. In addition to providing these unique advantages for high-temperature combustion equipment, the new catalytic oxidation system occupies a much smaller space than the regenerative system.
